On-Site Biometric Screening
TRS offers annual biometric screenings provided by an upbeat and informative staff member. Our biometric health screens are immediately followed by a one-on-one results-based coaching session.
Biometric Screenings include the following:

Health Risk Assessment
Our HIPAA-compliant, proprietary Health Risk Assessment will identify health risks in certain populations and will also determine employee specific behaviors that need to be addressed. The assessment is available in both English and Spanish and can be offered online and on paper. The Health Risk Assessment is also a component of our Biometric Screening Process. Mental Health questions are incorporated into the overall health and wellness questions to identify well-being risks that can be addressed by the TRS Wellness team.
