Holistic Approach...Healthy Balance

"Your level of success will rarely exceed your level of personal development because success is something you attract by the person you become." -Jim Rohn

Amber graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and went on to receive her Master of Science in Family and Consumer Science, both from the University of Central Arkansas.

Joining TRS Wellness in 2015 as a Wellness Coach, Amber brought 11 years of dietetics experience to our program. Prior to joining our wellness team, she gained experience working for another wellness vendor in a coaching capacity. She is a Facilitator for Freedom From Smoking and she is a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC).

Amber has a true passion for nutrition and she truly leads by example, living the lifestyle every day that she coaches others to lead. Her positive attitude and love of life is contagious and she inspires her clients with her genuine desire to help others succeed in both work and life.

Understanding the unique needs of each person she coaches, Amber takes pride in personalizing her approach to fit those needs. She is continually motivated by the results she sees in her clients and the happiness they reflect when they begin making positive life changes.
Striving to not only help her clients make smart food choices, Amber takes a holistic approach to wellness, promoting a healthy balance between mind and body. Being an experienced cook herself, she knows that real food is not only good for you, but tastes good, too.

Building on her past experience of teaching at the university level, she enjoys any opportunity to educate our community. Amber volunteers with the Faulkner County Master Gardeners where she educates the public on gardening techniques and helps maintain public gardens in Faulkner County. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Faulkner County affiliate of the Arkansas Community Foundation.

Amber enjoys traveling with her husband of 11 years, exercising, gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors.
