Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.  Colossians 3:23

Jasmin has always been fascinated by the mind-body connection, beginning her education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Harding University. Through her studies, she discovered the impact that public health nutrition and food has on people as well as their identity, health and relationships. To better understand that connection, she went on to earn a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education from Baylor University in 2015.

Jasmin is passionate about connecting people to health education opportunities as well as helping them discover resources in their communities that can increase their health. Before working with TRS Wellness, she was a Community Outreach Specialist for the Texas Hunger Initiative. As a Wellness Coach for TRS Wellness, Jasmin excels at developing relationships with her clients to positively influence their sense of well-being. Jasmin joined our wellness team earlier this year and is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.

Currently enrolled as a post-baccalaureate student at the University of Central Arkansas, Jasmin is completing the Didactic Program in Dietetics with the goal of becoming a certified Registered Dietitian. Jasmin enjoys being connected to UCA as it provides community and serves as a hub for educational and recreational opportunities.

Outside of work, Jasmin enjoys being outdoors. Her favorite activities include backpacking in Central Arkansas, kayaking the Buffalo National River, and frequenting the Downtown Conway Farmers’ Market. Sharing meals with friends is a top priority for her - but if that's not an option, then experimenting in the kitchen at her home is a close second. Jasmin also enjoys traveling and often visits her family in Missouri and her sister in NYC.
