Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing; graduating from nursing school in 1982. She initially worked in Telemetry, Addictive Disease Management and Psychiatric Nursing, but quickly found her true calling in Occupational Health Nursing over 25 years ago. She retired as an Occupational Health Nurse Specialist from Kimberly Clark Corporation in 2018 and continues to share her knowledge of occupational health via consulting, mentoring and travel for short term assignments.
As a highly experienced Occupational Health Nurse, Felicia enjoys developing and implementing health and safety programs, monitoring the health status of workers and encouraging workers to take responsibility for their own health through education, disease management, case management and effective use of medical services. She is also impressive in managing workplace exposures and plays an integral part in COVID tracing, RTW management and advisement on safely keeping essential employees at work during a global pandemic. Because of her work ethic, easy smile and kind spirit, Felicia is always a favorite in the facilities she works.
Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, billiards and family-oriented fun. Felicia is married with two kids and five lovely grandkids.
